John Louis has acquired an interesting discovery:
If you’re not familiar with the fluorescent masks, the early 90s fluorescent ghosts did not have the black paint around the the eyes (we call "eyeliner") but all Gen 2 fluorescent masks did. This is a one of a kind Gen 1 mask in green with eyeliner, despite our previous knowledge. As of now, it’s the only fluorescent Gen 1 to be discovered with this feature. This is a confirmed Gen 1 with the ''multi-dot' defect.
Update: we have since learned fluorescent ghost masks from 1997 did have eyeliner, including Gen 1 mold masks.
