Rare Finds: Alternate Style Fantastic Faces Tag

I noticed this alternative 'pink party orb' style Fantastic Faces header card on eBay. It has distinct decorative orb color arrangements and font kerning compared to the more common and typical tag design. We don't know why this is, though I believe we can rule out the idea that it is an earlier variant because 1980s tagged masks resemble the common classic.
