'Grim' Skull Confirmed To Be 2000s Mask

I spotted a ’Grim’ skull in a school parade in the year 2000. I was never sure if this was an older design because modern copies are very common. In fact, they’re still sold at Spirit Halloween today. Frank McGovern told me it was before his time, so I had a hunch to search for it in 2000. Here it is:
